In Munchausen complex there is Munchausen's wood trail which invites everyone to learn more about wetland forest of biosphere reserve in the North Vidzeme.
Munchausen's trail is 5.3 km long and reaches the sea. It's the longest footbridge of aspen plank in Europe. A shorter trail - 3.17 km long is expecting you if you're willing to walk a shorter period of time. You can weight of your legs either in "Jacobine's garden", at " Get the weight off legs" place or in many comfortable places fitted with wooden benches.
Walking along Munchausen's trail you'll face wild boards, ducks, a bloated fly, a crocodile, a lion, a wolf in the sledge. Walking along the extraordinary trail, use the opportunity to gain insight into the adventures of Munchausen.
